Brad Kohlheyer

Brad Kohlheyer is an industry leader in Revenue Management bringing over 45 years of Hospitality experience to the team. He has worked in Operations, Sales, and specializes in Revenue Management. His forte in revenue optimization centers on strategy development, talent acquisition and tool development designed to convert data into actionable insight.

Brad has worked for brands such as Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton and served as IHG’s Vice President, Americas Revenue Management. Brad created and launched an organization known as Revenue Management for Hire (RMH) which enjoyed close to 2,000 IHG hotels on its services. His background includes the design, management and delivery of Revenue Services throughout the Americas as well as Internationally. In 2015, Brad launched his own company, Hotel Revenue Solutions, LLC with over 120 hotels under Revenue Management Services contract. He recently sold the company in 2024.

Alan Barone

With over 40 years in the hospitality industry, Alan Barone has consistently built and led operational teams through critical phases such as start-ups, turnarounds, and high-growth periods. His core belief is that outstanding hospitality is the gateway to creating memorable guest experiences.

One of Alan’s key specialties lies in Wine Strategic Development. His expertise spans the creation and launch of wine-centric bars and restaurants, with a focus on developing performance-driven menus and wine lists, managing purchasing, instructing in component tasting, pairing food and wine, and planning events to enhance the guest experience.

Throughout his career, Alan has held high-profile positions across the hospitality industry, including roles such as General Manager, Corporate Director of Operations, and Executive Chef. His experience covers areas like hotel and resort operations, quality project management, financial oversight, marketing, property and revenue management, and creative concept and facility design.
